I wasn’t sure what to expect as it’s my first time making labels. The woven labels are just beautifully made. I only provided one file which they ended up printing onto both sides of the centrefold, although I never specified but I did put in a request for assistance and to contact me with any queries. I would have been happy whether it was printed both sides or not but they probably could have contacted me to clarify (offer me choices). They did take longer to get to me than advertised but I wasn’t in a great rush.
I’ve provided a longer review, hopefully will be able to assist other newbies by it.
Design looks crisp and exactly as I submitted it. My design is intended to be endless so even though there's only 250mm to work with for the design before looping, it does so perfectly without any noticeable indications of where it repeats. Great job!
Really love the colors and details Woven's washi tape can provide, and the amount of tape per roll is a must for any washi! I'm disappointed in the amount of time it took to deliver though, as this is my third time ordering yet delays were frequent this time, unlike before. Luckily the order arrived once we started communicating consistently and I was given weekly updates. I don't want to flood inboxes, but I'm very grateful for Woven's excellent customer support and kind workers. I'll definitely be ordering again, but I'll likely ask for production updates if a month goes by without any notifications. Beyond that, the quality of the washi tape cannot be overstated, and that's why I'll continue to order from Woven Label!
For a while there, I didn't think I would get the washi tape. Getting in contact with someone is IMPOSSIBLE. I had to cancel the payment through PayPal (48 hours after placing the order) to even get a confirmation notice that my order was placed and a receipt/invoice sent to me. After that, the company went dark. No one ever responded to my emails (I emailed once a week asking for updates/signs of life). I was about to call my CC company to cancel the payment when I got an email stating that I had a tracking number, the only sign that my order had been accepted, made, and was ready to ship.
The washi tape looks great and it's what was promised, but the customer service is non-existent.

Also well packaged. I was worried my submitted design was too detailed but the washi tape turned out beautifully and all details are very visible and in great color.

Really good color match from the file to the print--the washi came out so cute! And they were very fast and responsive with my questions about the extra sticker label on top. Amazing work!

The tape came in beautifully and just the way I wanted -- only wish is that they came out lighter! But then again the design was a little difficult. Besides that, they came out beautifully and it works very well with lighter colors as opposed to darker! Vanessa was very helpful too

I ordered washi tape from Wovenlabelhk, and the result was amazing! The design I submitted turned out perfectly, and the colors really popped! Vanessa was amazing and really helped answer any questions I had. I was also very impressed with how fast the washi tape was produced and how fast it arrived as well! Definitely recommend this company 🙂
